“We”, “us” and “PayLive” mean PayLive L.L.C., a Wyoming limited liability company trading as PayLive. Registered office: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: contact@pay-live.co.

On this website: the pages you open, the approximate region derived from your IP address, the language you choose, and whatever you write to us if you make contact.

From a seller: the contact name, business email and phone, and the documents needed to set up the account.

From a buyer on a checkout: name, phone number, delivery address, the items and amount of the order, the language used and whether payment succeeded or failed.

We never receive a full card number. The card is entered on the payment processor's own page.

To operate the website and the payment link, take the order and issue a receipt.

To support delivery and answer questions.

To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.

To meet accounting, tax and record-keeping obligations.

Performance of a contract, for everything needed to complete an order or to run an account.

Consent, where you write to us or agree to receive messages. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

A legal obligation, for tax and commercial records.

Our legitimate interest, for the security of the service and the prevention of fraud.

The payment processor connected to the account, to take the payment.

A delivery company, when an order needs to be shipped.

Our hosting and infrastructure providers, under contract and only to run the service.

Our accountant or auditor, and a public authority where a lawful request requires it.

We do not sell personal data.

Some infrastructure providers store data outside the United States. Where that happens we transfer data only under contractual safeguards, and only for the purposes described above.

Order and payment records: as long as tax and commercial law requires, at least five years.

Support conversations: twenty-four months.

Website usage records: fourteen months, then deleted or aggregated.

Account data is deleted after termination, subject to the retention periods above.

You may ask for access to your data, correction of it, deletion of it, restriction of its use, or a copy in a portable format. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent you have given.

Write to contact@pay-live.co and we will answer within thirty days. If we refuse, we will explain why.

Data is encrypted in transit. Access is limited to the people who need it to do their work.

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen; if you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.

This website stores your language choice in your browser so the page opens in the same language next time. There are no advertising or profiling cookies.

A seller workspace uses a session cookie that is strictly necessary to keep you signed in.
