Terms of service

These terms cover the use of this website and, where a written onboarding agreement is in place, the PayLive software. They are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States.

1. Who you are contracting with

“We”, “us” and “PayLive” mean PayLive L.L.C., a Wyoming limited liability company trading as PayLive. Registered office: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: contact@pay-live.co.

2. The service

PayLive is software that issues a payment link, presents a checkout, and keeps a record of each order.

Card payments are handled by a payment processor under a separate contract with the seller. Until that processor has approved the file, checkout runs in test mode and no real money moves.

3. Accounts

This website does not offer public account creation. Access is opened by us after an onboarding conversation.

Any credentials we issue are personal to the named user. The account holder is responsible for the acts of its staff and must tell us without delay if access must be withdrawn.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful goods, misleading claims, infringing content, or to collect payment for something you cannot deliver.

Do not attempt to probe, overload or circumvent the security of the service, and do not resell access to it.

We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect a breach, where a payment processor instructs us to, or where a public authority requires it.

5. Fees and taxes

The service fee is the one set out in the written agreement with the seller.

Card processing fees are charged separately by the payment processor at its own published rates.

6. Intellectual property

The software, the interface and the PayLive name remain ours. Nothing here transfers them.

Product photos, descriptions and customer data supplied by a seller remain the seller's, and are used only to run the service.

7. Availability and support

Write to contact@pay-live.co. We answer by email.

We work to keep the service available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Liability

To the extent the applicable law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fees paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

9. Term and termination

Either party may end the agreement with thirty days' written notice. Fees already due remain payable.

We may suspend or end access immediately for unlawful use or a serious breach.

On termination, a seller may request an export of its order records within thirty days, after which data is deleted subject to the retention periods in the privacy policy.

10. Changes

We may change these terms and will give reasonable notice of anything material. Continuing to use the service after that notice means the new version applies.

11. Language

These terms are published in English and Arabic. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. The state courts of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a consumer law requires otherwise.

We would rather settle a dispute by talking first: write to us and we will answer within five working days.
